Hello,
I had me a Sonyhvr-Z1E borrowed. If I am a micro XLR input once ecke happens even erstmal nix (sound comes on wi evor internal mic). If I back the AUDIO SELECT switch (of cars on CH1), everything is silent, ie the internal Micro will be off, but it's nothing on the outside rein.
The external Micro can not be on / off, ie it can not synonymous Battery All. Or even exactly what the problem is that the mic does not get power supply?
Have no idea - please help, thank you :-)

Was the XLR line level input on running or lacking only the Microphone phantom power? -am * curious *
