Hello Gerd,

if you've recorded in HDV is a DVD you do not, unfortunately, when they played in the DVD player should be, because what you need for HDV is an HD or BluRay player where the converted material is raufgebrannt.
But when it comes to DVD I would need it as a DVD-compatible rendering and DVD burn. Is it not more HD!
If it were only for transport purposes should be, so that the material later via a calculator can play, I would rather be an external disk 2.5Zoll tend. When video data is worthwhile not just DVDs, but it is much too large.

hi axel,

Many thanks for your reply ... but unfortunately I am still not very clear with all ... So I would like to achieve the following ...

1. video material of my HV10 on a computer and then play on editing.
2. on my computer are just colored rectangles visible
3. I can not directly synonymous video of my camera to another camera on play (film despite firewire did not appear on the display)

how can I have such problems to get a grip?

Hello Gerd,

First you need the right software, which can work with HDV. Winbugs Movie Maker for example does not work. I myself use Sony's Vegas Pro and even the cheaper Sony Movie Studio Platinum. There are, however, synonymous of Magix, Pinacle or Adobe software, which can act HDV. If you do not have therefore to read the purchase, whether the version of HDV berbeiten can. This is synonymous possibly the reason for your Kloetchen be.
The next consideration you have your calculator Wittmer. In Dual Core @ 3GHz is no sensible work possible. HDV needs a bit more than Bumm Calculator in SD. That I have with a Duron 900MHz fluently made.
Editing is like with SD, then render as a DVD compatible from the software, so from your project make a movie. The herunterkonvertieren to PAL video is a quality loss but sees HD as SD still better than with an SD Camera made. Remember, the Picture than 16:9 must go out. So PAL Widescreen 16:9 PAL or halt.
If you have a Blue-ray or HD-DVD Burner will naturally have a HD or Blue-ray compatible.

The question of whether you only want to transport, to put it on another calculator would play all the easier because a calculator can play HD using VideoLAN player or similar.

Gerd cuts on a Mac with OS X Leopard, since these programs will help him rather little. Both are now free downloadable iMovie 6 as synonymous to the delivery of new Macs belonging iMovie 08 but should be no problem with HDV clearly come.

For Windows this might be so, for the Mac is well below the system.

Hello,

how would it be so that if it simply and quickly go to:

1. Material dubbing on the PC in normal DV transform the material (in the Camera menu selectable).
2. And then cutting in PAL MPG2 Render
3. DVD Author create.
