Hi everybody!
I got me today about my Rode Videomic the right Deadcat of Rode purchased. As far as I'm satisfied - only problem:
The Deadcat is highly visible if I've screwed 6600.
Has anyone similar experiences? If you Deadcat trim, so it is shorter?
And if it does not find: What other good ways of fixing Videomics?

the problem I had synonymous :-)
Hab Deadcat just below the little "cut" and it still works wonderfully. Another possibility there is not, unless you apply the next really Microphone upwards.

Are you satisfied with the extent Deadcat? Is it much? Can hardly wait for it, an order to test.

So after the performance, it is not necessary the Microphone to set higher, but there is, as far as I know, as an extension for the microphone holder. Synonymous, but you know that you have the Rode Videomic otherwise fasten your spider can?
The Deadcat works wonderfully. I'm desöfteren with us on the golf course and there's always windy synonymous. By Deadcat I get very nice sound.

Try it with a flash shoe Eiger or the like. That is part of the photo accessories that synonymous to fit an intermediate piece, with which you have a flash in the slope can adjust. It allows the Micro to a few inches upwards. If you are the circumcision deadcat, the windscreen reduced. The longer the coat, the more effective.

Sure, it should not be completely "naked" make the Deadcat, but if you are below a few hairs off everything still works correctly - as I said've already tested, you can safely make.
Jitters variant would be of course the more professional, but more expensive synonymous variant;)

Hab noch mal nachgeschaut. The Blitz is part of the Eiger and ksotet Emperor of Hama or 10-12 euros

Now they are gone and the sound is super nice! No Comparison to the "BuildInMic" the HV30 me ;-) Have the "Hama Flash Eiger" universal "180 °" fetched, as the knurled nut nor a s.Fuss has - at Amazon for 20 straight Öcken to have ... ;-) The Mic bomenfest therefore sits on the HV30.
