I have a small problem with Vegas 8th I have been working long s.einem video, for which the raw material in avi format (times was captured of a VCR).
Until now I always have with Vegas 6 under XP 32Bit worked, where everything worked smoothly. Now I just try to Vegas 8.0 on Vista 64bit, but had problems with the AVIs. These are in the bottom half of the screen zugammengeschoben displayed. So the video is 50% together vertically (ultra wide quasi) and sits exactly in the bottom half of the screen. When I normally go to the video (VLC Player, Media Player) you can see normally.
MPEGs are synonymous in Vegas normal, only the AVIs look very bruised from.
Have you any idea why this may be?

3. quite silly I am not ;-) synonymous is not the first time that I cut videos and of course I have nachgeschaut whether the correct aspect ratio is set.
