Good day all together ..
I'm new to DSP and have been here and a question, maybe someone can help me.
Have a Einstiegsmenu-LanguageABC-where I select the menu language, and me there on the menus - Menu A Menu B Menu C brings.
On these menus to get on-the-FILM
In the film, I then 3 subtitles, ENG, ENG, ITA.
zum Bild Now my question:
Can I access the relevant menu A, menu B, C-select menu, that I come to the movie with the subtitles ENG, ENG or ITA?
And if the film is finished, that the whole back to "his" - Menu A Menu B Menu C-or back?
I suspect that it is perhaps with a script can make ..
.. if it is, how do I make something, or how do I s.besten to do something about this?

Way with the graphical view! Take the list view.
That with the subtitles is easy. Lies doch mal to the chapter in the manual. The Manual of DVD Studio Pro is pretty damn good.

Yes I had already viewed the manual and look at it still, but somehow I do not come next .. Is probably too much at once ..

You need for this simple story no script.
Menu1 is the example with the three national flags as buttons. Schwarz-Rot-Gold
Menu2 leads to where you can eg "movie"
(button 1) or "chapters"
(button 2) to choose from. In the case of dialing

Spur1, Subtitlestream1 (German subtitles) as a target object is selected, but
story1. In
story1 are located, as in
Story2 and
Story3, all chapters from
Spur1, but here in the Story Editor, only the bottom right
Subtitlestream1, or
Audiostream1 activated, while
Story2 and logically
Story3 the streams 2 and 3. In contrast to three times the same track with different subtitles or audio stories need no extra space on the DVD.

In another post did you (Axel) told me I should be with the compressor film clips with the following characteristics as MPEG2 export:
Mpeg2 DVD.
Tip: Copy and edit the preset to 8 Mbit CBR, then save this new default. Is that a good-enough setting, or could I do now even better because I now export with this story help .. have plenty of space
eg. with the 8 Mbit CBR go a little higher?
.. I think the clips and the film could be a bit better quality ..

8 Mbit CBR is good enough. "Master-DVDs" I have 8.5 Mbit / s. These AC3 with 192 kbit / s.

The upper text should come with subtitles but come extremely pixelated. Have tried synonymous with a graphic but nothing ..

Subtitles for DVDs are text files (which can be imported synonymous, but that does nothing for the cause), the DSP with 2-bit graphics (subpicture as the highlights from the menu) are rendered. Their contours are only from the positions of all pixels, so pixilated edges are normal and synonymous to purchase DVDs do not look much better. One can only improve so much that you have a suitable font size to find an optimal order to limit the damage. The font, the DSP, I think, suggests, is
Helvetica. Characteristic of a little of Alias | Wavefront Mayaing zerfransten Scripture are no serifs, curves, for closer inspection as a small turn corners, or a few short diagonals, rather
bold. Other candidates are
Futura and
Lucida Grande (Mac OSX font), both without smoothing font still look around (look at your Finder: Looks around and creamy that even synonymous in very small font,
Arial or
Times on the other hand, need a higher resolution, in order not to dissolve). Experimentation.

Verdana .... screen is optimized but runs very well. Tahoma is much closer and offers itself to the screen display is also very interested in.
