I am a novice After Effects and would like to create the following animation:

Unfortunately, I do so very difficult, because the tutorial is in English and I do not have the full menu items in my German version.
Had super if someone translate this, or I could help, is really important to be really sharp if someone can find Liese to a newbie could help:)
