Hello,
I have an AVI file on the calculator, which I want to edit in APP to open the file when try to come here but the error message that the file has an unsupported compression.
I can not play the file with Windows Media Player.
But not with the Windows Media Encoder to open??
The GSpot tells me a codec is WMV3 on it.
Virtual Dub, Media Encoder, DIVX, with any program I can edit the file, you have maybe some advice?

WMV3 is short for Windows Media v9

Because it is. Avi files are the internal use of this codec, you need to upgrade VirtualDub with the VFW version of the codec, so that VD can be synonymous to open these files and generate. Installed on the Calculator DirectShow version may VD (and do not use anscheindend synonymous APP).
