How do I stretch a Picture / Video with Vegas Pro 9?

I just can not find any setting to do so. I want to compress just a picture, or stop to stretch, I just do not know how. I take it on video if it were then the same effect or adjustment.

Ok thanks, I guck there again, somewhere will probably have to make a check as I only create, change the section to itself but not the Picture

Among properties of the clip you can "disable maintain aspect ratio", dann gehts.
