a video with premiere had taken as avi aufn computer ..... then spliced together .. everything pretty well ....
so now let iche s synonymous encode everything fine ... but when I look at ichs want is the video (mpeg) somehow distorted, therefore, still images when motion is normal but when comes into play with, it looks as if the video of crossed lines .... ever faster movements destop, the stronger the lines .... if I then burn to dvd and dvd players look at it gibs so no probs anymore, so then .... everything is nice and clean with no distortion
what lies? I need something to consider when encode?

And there lies s.Computermonitor particular s.den technical differences of video and computer. Does the computer in the presentation of interlaced video with no deinterlacing, then motions with streaks. On television, it still sees (or perhaps because of) is completely normal, because interlaced video it's just his work area.
