what can I manage my digital video and jump straight to the corresponding scene?
I imagine it like this, that I even describe various scenes (; "Christmas with Grandma Wilgart") with info of / until which time the appearance in different scenes avi-file.
The tool shows me you're looking for then click the Send this scene.
Is there such a thing?
As you manage your digital videos?

With AVI You probably think DC-AVI, so a format that is well suited for scene isolation. Therefore, I recommend you another way. Search is not a specific location within a long video, but run a separate scene, save each scene in a "speaking name" off. Then you can give you the rest.
For separation scene in DV-AVI is http://www.avcutty.de/ is very good.
