I have this effect in my (English) version of Premiere Pro 2.0, unfortunately, can not find ...
Can someone help me? And maybe say something synonymous with the corresponding "Effect Controls"?

Leg times your installation CD, then in the startup menu you can then install the SteadyMove 2d3.

Gibts das synonymous somewhere on the net? And did that ever a good / sensible effect (ie, the steady move effect)?

Steady Move Effects is synonymous here with Premiere 2.0. Installation is done using a separate setup program of the plugin provider.
Search on your disk premiere for "2d3 SteadyMove.
