I want to play old VHS videos into your PC. For capturing I use Terratec AV400 with USB. The tapes were originally from USA and were apparently of NTSC to PAL conversion.
The playing of the tapes to TV via SCART works perfectly. Only when capturing only appears on the monitor screen clutter. I Turn I Capture program to NTSC, I can indeed recognize a picture, but it is mono, and marked with stripes.
It does not matter if I'm the S-video or composite signal used.
Can someone help me because some?

You are sure that the NTSC-PAL videos have been converted into a pure-bred? Your error description reads that is so, when would the video grabber with a television standard-faced mixture.
