I would like to know if you can import projects from After Effects to Avid Liquid or Pinnacle Studio (10).
Or is it only in Adobe Premiere?
Which format supports After Effects?

Entire PROJECTS? This is extremely unlikely. AE 5.5 can still not even import AE 6.5 projects ... let alone that this is a third party software can ...
What determines is: Import of finished rendered composition, ie a normal video file if you have a common in both programs codec (DV codec ...) and shared video container (AVI. ..) used.
What can import AE, has described Adobe on www.adobe.de in the technical specifications on the AE. Better I can not type out here.
