Hello everybody!
From the Avid I export a sequence as AVi. In Windows Media Player is not all fine. But when I the AVI into Encore 1.0 import as an asset, plays me the program from just the sound. the picture is black ..... Pourqoui?

Give it s.besten as an MPEG2 file from. This is the DVD format and must not be of Encore transcoded.

With what codec the AVI is spent? AVI is only the container, s.besten you use the Microsoft DV codec (or equivalent), then there should be no problems.

Now I've tried it with the Microsoft Video 1 codec. now I see in the picture actually Encore, but it runs very choppy, as if the calculator can not handle the amount of data fast enough ... Had data rate at 9600 kbit / sec. terminated.
But if I frame AVI terminates I see nothing in Enore. Is it synonymous due to large amount of data and has only to do sth with the preview mode and then again when I Brennnen Picture .....?

YOU have to use the
DV codec! The of Microsoft would have to be with you by default installed. Otherwise, there are fee-synonymous alternatives, such as of MainConcept or Canopus.
