The problem is that the data stored on memory cards or mini-DV data contains all of the recorded image information, not only optical signals, but any radiation that arrives at the chip. If the signals before further processing not filtered digitally (there corresponding digital filter plugin it - some fee-for almost any NLE software), move data among other things, infrared or radiation to the display unit - the result is harmful rays. Nonsense, right?
