Antwort von Markus:

Hello,

A camcorder can not see infrared light, because the light path of the lens, an IR-cut filter sits. If this filter is not there, would deteriorate the image quality, because the CCD imager synonymous IR light "sees" and that light has a different refractive index than visible light. The result: During the day, or with (visible) Lighting would always see ghosts synonymous blurred images.

You can basically modify any camcorder, so that he can see synonymous infrared light. However, this would be of great disadvantage for the guarantee. You learn more about this in the post night movies with IR light (and the local link).
