Since you can only change the compression. It is likely that the clip is anything in a mobile phone compression format. Programs for Gibts, such as TMP encoder. Since you can create a film / clip load strictly and in popular formats such as AVI, MPEG and Co convert.

Good day! Now have the TMP Encoder but it does not work. If I use the clip as the source would like to enter an error message that this can not be opened or is not supported. What now?
