Infoseite // Irregular Picture for video input ATI Vivo

Frage von Kanden:

Hi,
I have a Connect 3d X1900XTX graphics card with S-video + SVideo output. Software or instructions for the video input was not included. First, I have graphics cards and drivers' AXON AVIVO package "(of https: / / support.ati.com / ics / support / default.asp? DeptID = 898 & task = knowledge & FolderID with Radeon 4378 => Cataclyst) installed.
Then I have my map with the satellite receiver connected with the following result:
s.PC with video input via S-Video Cable: No picture, just see above screen noise
s.TV with video output via S-Video Cable: Picture on TV is black and white

s.PC with video input via RCA cables: Picture available and visible, but very poor quality (strong Schlieren / Noise)
s.TV with Video Output via RCA cables: Picture available and OK!

display the signal from the video input I had respectively VideoLan / VLC and CaptureFlux used (identical results).

In the Instructions of the graphics card, a short note there is one must at X800 graphics cards of NTSC to PAL with an orange button which is directly on the graphics card is switched. However, I have a X1900 and have not found a synonymous switches on the graphics card. Also in the ControlCenter Cataclyst I have found no setting for NTSC / PAL, so it really possible Währe NTSC is still set.

So but now the question becomes:
Has anyone an idea how I can bring a clean picture possible with my video input about? How can I switch between NTSC / PAL and where can I find any settings for the capture drivers, etc.?

mfg
