Infoseite // Is there a basic recipe for finishing in Final Cut Express

Frage von Ben Gore:

Moin,
I work with Final Cut Express and would like to know if there are so certain basic settings that you should make the Picture-/videonachbearbeitung to the 'film look' to come near. Know that with the lighting, etc. related to the recording, but perhaps there s so few standart tricks that the whole work can look beautiful??
I rejoice at your answer already!
Thanks in advance!

There are a few plugins for Premiere, of which I do not know whether it is synonymous for FinalCut, but that the issue is aimed not so ...

There are so many types of film look that you do not know what you mean. There's the classic, warm and rather "old" 35mm film look, there's this oldie-Super-8 look, which has obviously synonymous with a lot of depth to do and it can even start already so that it rotates with 25p .. .

Do you have a picture or video, where one sees what is for you, "the film look"?

Then I could tell you what settings you must change.

Settings often contain: gain, color, contrast and saturation, grain, and sometimes even blurred black edges (and deinterlacing, if you do not rotate with full pictures?)

Best regards,

Constantin

Supplement to Black Eagle: You can with> Effects> Video Filters exactly do what you like. You can see how it affects him. Is to achieve a pre-text (which indeed something to you) personally like, I recommend this approach: it to do it! As accurately as possible, in colors, perspectives, highlighting, etc.pp.
Take especially for the light for a whole afternoon time (and if need be another, if you find that you lack any light). Unfortunately there is only practice, the theory can complement, but no more. A Picture, where all the stops were pulled, teaches you to perceive the light again. Thou shalt always pull out all the stops!
