Infoseite // Jahshaka and TTCut under Linux

Frage von joerg:

I am looking for a installation guide for Jahshaka, Jahshaka Player, CinePlayer and Cinecode and synonymous TTCut.
The biggest problem are the extensions of downloads'. Exe ','. Dmg ','. Run 'and'. Tar.gz '. For that downloads should I choose the right, but what?
And if I download the right place, I need to unpack this, certainly in the right folder (not on the desktop) into a folder of the numerous (but which folder), after the unzip the file extension change.
When the download is in the correct directory, the next steps in Terminel. Since I have any responsibilities with 'sudo'-commands.

It would be helpful Downlaod the right post, where I unpack (in which folder on the file), and then the corresponding 'sudo' commands for installation and configuration.

Or are there synonymous exporting File of Jahshaka and TTCut, simply download and install?

Or is there a way to Jahshaka and TTCut completely to CD-R burning (the question would be whether as a data CD or ISO image) and then of CD to install?

In various sources on the Internet I have found that many many problems with the installation of Linux Jahshaka have very very few have managed to install Jahshaka.

Hello!

For the answer, I am here but smooth again selected. But when people read these posts, they might think it plain that there would still be difficult with DV Editing to Linux, or even to work with him ..

A bit of background knowledge is not only synonymous with Linux, but Windows and Mac OS X required.

I'm trying this now from your point of view to search (ie the Internet, just very briefly, the head or use Google)

". exe" - should be somewhat familiar to you not? :) There was something in Windows, where the setup files and executable files, in general, this ending was .. hmm, I would therefore say: EXE => WINDOWS

". dmg" - hmm na sowas never seen. Would probably prefer a Mac or Linux .. Well times briefly in the Wikipedia => http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disk_Image_ (Apple) - na sowas, das ist ja of Apple .. durchles * * yes this is really Mac OS X! DMG => Apple Mac OS X

". run" - hmm no idea, again briefly vll. Google or the Wikipedia endeavor? http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/.run - hmm, seems most probably Linux installer to be.

"tar.gz" - just Google or Wikipedia, aha a compression format such as. zip or the like .. Under Windows, rather uncommon in Unix-based systems such as Mac and Linux is more .. Hmm, the above mentioned programs are "open source", ie überstetzt "open sources" - the programming code must be open to be available. Perhaps it is this? :)
(PS: Is not that into Google, unpacked and after reading the Readme text get after completing the necessary steps were then synonymous .. an executable program called the compilation)

In the case of the programs you mentioned is there to give everyone a detailed installation instructions.

That you be so difficult and you run the program gets installed depends vll. but so synonymous together the benutzerunfreundliche and you have a modern distribution not used it. Try it out with Ubuntu.

There, you need not even care about something, at least Jahshaka is already in the directory and can with the click of a mouse and installed with a start;)

The very few have succeeded, is a rumor that there must be several hundred thousand at least, because the people who "Ubuntu Studio", the audio / video / graphics Distribtion of Ubuntu, installed, have not Jahshaka times (with two mouse clicks ) install, but have already.

Therefore, your statements, I really do not understand and they must sometimes classified as a deliberately untrue.

Here are Adobe and other companies on the people? :)
