Hello!
I just try to Premiere CS3 with a "music video" to create. I have some video snippets to run as a loop (jeveils in a video layer). This snippet, I would have gladly shows with effects and then "stacked" activity.
This works quite well as far, only when I later eg "Video3" with "video4" would like to share, I find no way, except the contents of "Video3" in a new layer (eg, "Video5") to copy and then "Video3" to delete. - Is the easier?
Can I simply drag and drop the layer to move? (as synonymous in After Effects)?

I would resolve differently anyway:
Your loops into a new sequence type, then edit and then only the sequence with the loop position. The AHT the advantage, what if you want to change s.den loops, then are you doing in this sequence and all changes are cars in the main sequence inside.
Moreover, it is clearer.

That with the sequences is a good idea. However solves my problem (I think at least).
For example, if I had 3 different loops (each in a sequence), then love as Video1, Video2 and Video3 in the "Main Sequence" on each other. On all sequences, effects and automation are applied. What do I do if I have to as the "background" from video1 but as a "fore" before Video3 wants.
Can it be that with the premiere is not easy. - Because it is not intended?
