Hi I looking for a light for my helmet cam

We film with a helmet camera 0.1 lux at f2 in the mining industry that is almost dark, I've tried it with leds but div
No nothing is as it simply has too much focus
Therefore I seek a light source 12Volt
As a power source, I have a 12 volt 18ah battery hours while
