3 Point Lighting is most probably a term here.
However, this type of lighting situations in which a person is intended to focus the scene in which a certain atmosphere to be created.
With TV shows like Tagesschau, RTL Aktuell & Co., however, is no 3-point lighting, or before? Here, everything seems equally to be very bright lights ..
What type of lighting is going on? On which device can obtain such a bright picture?

TV studios are usually illuminated with several dozen spotlights. Tl. even three-digit number. The studios I have seen so far were for items with illuminates audience, which means in reverse: All the light has to come top of. Softboxes or reflectors I have not seen, and of course the Requsiten will be included as reflectors (eg walls and curtains so).
The reasons I do not know, I guess sometimes it is omitted for practical reasons softboxes. Shadows are avoided by sheer halt use of materials.
Apart from the fact that light is contrary to the expressed-exaggerated-the colorful, flashy character of a studio show. These messages in the style of the plasticizer, "Zärtlichen cousins," but much more charming * laughs *... would
