I know some had a similar problem and although it is a question mark in the video I rausschneiden or verpixeln wants!
've read it with adobe after efects go, unfortunately I have only the program MAGIX!
someone vlt NEN tipp if I synonymous with the program can do and if so how?

Hi Benny,
Magix although I know not, but the basic approach would be that you're on the job in question, put a mask and the underlying video content of Blur or Verpixelungseffekt assigns. When moving image content, the mask if necessary, be animated with keyframes.
Can you realize that with Magix?
