Hello,
I have FinalCut Studio 2 and a Canon XL-1 with FireWire.
The Screen of the Nodbooks would like to use as a camera viewfinder. So the camera via FireWire ssdas MacPro angeschlosssen are. About the "Log and Capture works scho, jdoch Picture is small. I would like but the viewfinders have Full-screen.
Has someone a good reference? Thanks in advance.

Monitor Magic, the times I've tested, worked wonderfully for DV (for HDV is not a good live-viewing program, since all - including Adobes

-G5, 2 x 2 Ghz, OS X 10.4.11
- It is the image of the viewfinder camera in full (the entire screen of the Mac Pro) in the recording are displayed.
Results:
if I have the whole thing in FinalCut Studio2 make the picture jerky pans and movements in and gr0ße artifacts are visible. Furthermore, the picture is too small. Not usable.
if I have the whole thing in Scopebox do, I can not see fullscreen.
Monitor in Magic, I was not yet synonymous successful.
What am I doing wrong? There is a program somewhere synonymous in German Language?

Quartz Extreme is Apple's hardware accelerator, which actually s.10.4.x by default in the system should be. The player uses VCL QE too. Runs as VCL for you?

I've found. My Mac G4/500 had not, but the G4/1000 and the G5. It worked but only on the G5. Here, however, showed that synonymous here with the least motion artifacts and Ruckelei are synonymous to see the colors are unusable.
So is it a "shot in the oven." I shall now therefore on a video monitor back.
