a friend from our Film Club has previously worked with Magix and constantly crashes or had problems with memory requirements, especially when shooting with a length p.20 minutes.
There she was awarded the Council, with Premiere Elements to work. That does it now for half a year and is fully satisfied, has no problems and no crashes.

As far as the stability is concerned, I have no problems with Magix. I have been working quite a good year so intense, until version 2006, now 2007 and am satisfied with two, projects, long synonymous with no difficulty.
A Comparison to Premiere Elements, but unfortunately I can not deliver.

Actually, there's only one really useful advice: Get the demo version and try it out in peace. Magix When can I say: The demo is only in a few restricted score and gives a very good impression of how it works with the software.

When I look at the discussions in the past versions of such chart, I would rather plead for the 2007. The innovations are not huge and the rest is used Magix just like Microsoft, the banana-principle application (product matures at the customer), that new things are not really finished and we must be prepared that various problems after some time Updates disappear.
Have a look at exactly synonymous, if you have the 'pros' version really need.

Hab mir gestern the Pros 2007/2008 version directly from Magix ordered, hope it comes soon. Today there are still 15, - EUR credit.
The demo is, incidentally, the 2007-version.
1. Weis someone Sonyx.v.Color whether the system is supported, or is it when a Purchase Flat TV no preference, the od is supported, because the cutting is lost?
2. Have read the Sonyzeichnet in 1080i (1440x1080 @ 25 frames / sec.) On. I want the movie as a WMV-HD burn. Is ausreichned then, the film synonymous in 1440x1080 (progressive) record, or it makes any sense at 1920 x 1080p to export?
