Hi,
I've bought a Manfrotto 936 and think that it's for the price all right.
However, there appears to be installed at an angle with my tripod, the dragonfly. When the bubble in the water, I have a sloping horizon. Did it again now synonymous with a level checked.
If this more often before the Manfrotto 936?
Is that a reason for exchange / repair or better revocation order and elsewhere?
Then would be two things that are not soo bad but I irritate or disrupt:
1. The damping is more vertically than horizontally by far. To the right / left to pan it takes almost noAnstrengung, up / down there is. On a scale of 1-10 I would say damping vertical 7 horizontal 3 (which is me anyway much is too much resistance).
Find that quite difficult to make as regular pans. Is this normal so with the tripod?
2. I had read somewhere that you can adjust the resistance a little lever on the hard sell. For me there is nothing. Either open or shut. Just before it slows down, but jerky synonymous.
Is everything as standard on the Manfrotto 936, or do I model a Monday and a chance for the better after a replacement is?

Whether the bubble itself is installed correctly, you can easily check: exactly in the middle and set about turning the head. It must have the eye to be kept up in the middle.
For me the match, but the camera above was then still wrong, because the quick release plate touches something differently. By a proper water balance then verfiziert.
I then left on the surface for the plate temporarily three strips of tape over each other and stuck now it's ok. The Doubling is not replaced by a durable solution.
The horizontal smoothness of the head fits me well (much better than the Manfrotto 501), the vertical is slightly heavier feel, and maybe because when you have no camera Applying and finishing against the spring.
The rework Glumpert have to be obviously :-)

I once made the test. For me, definitely the dragonfly is installed at an angle.
If I bring the head with the bubble in water, the horizon is slanted.
Rotated 180 degrees, the bubble moves in the direction of the bubble edge and my horizon is straight.
When different horizontal / vertical, it is probably true that my SD707 course, not much weight brings with itself.
I will then ask the dealer probably times and see if replacement or revocation.
