Have unfortunately can formatted with my 500D a memory card that should have been formatted, but nothing new added, just restore it ... is formatted with the Mac, a software, the data of the medium?

with appropriate software, I often can save at least some of the data! Usually I had not then s.Mac but s.PC performed. 70 percent of the data was mostly restored.
