Mikrofon (t-bone EM9600) sehr leise an XL2

Microphone (t-bone EM9600) very softly s.XL2

Frage von Asparagus:
Dezember 2009

Hello,
In the search I found nothing relating to real.
And this is me some time ago schonmal noticed that the Microphone (t bone-EM9600) is very quiet when I'm in my XL2. I have now taken up again slightly and is still the same problem there.
The microphone is placed on Tele, and I am about 1 - 1.5 meters of the sound source away, is in the XL2 Automatic auspegeln set.
Even for people who speak very loudly, the sound is still pretty quiet.

What could be the something like this?

mfg.

Antwort von Somin:

s.der xl2?
what happens when you manuel level?

Antwort von Asparagus:

When I manual pegel, I almost go to anschlag to get of 1 to 2 meters orgendlichen one sound to ... That can not be normal, right? ;)

Antwort von Somin:

no, that's definitely not normal!!

Antwort von Asparagus:

And what can I do? or what do I do?

Conduct causes: for example, the microphone is turned on damping s.der XL2? Or the battery of the EM9600 weak (if you do not operate on phantom power)? How does Micro s.gleichen another port?

Antwort von Asparagus:

Mic attenuation is not turned on, and I tried it with another battery, do not go.
Only a second microphone, I have unfortunately not.

The best times I try the microphone from s.meinem computer.

Thanks for the idea of offense;)

Antwort von canovision:

why do you take for a trial is not the original Micro has always worked perfectly.
Did Cam synonymous s.der used a Sennheiser directional microphone, also to function properly, both manual Driven as synonymous auto!

Nochwas, you use XLR or phone jack? (Know the T-bone) does not

Antwort von Johannes:

On the Micro is s.dem On / Off Switch synonymous a "tele mode" is set in the microcode in this or the other. Where you have to say 1-2m is not exactly you turn. I have the mics usually 50cm in front of the sound source. In interviews, only 10-20cm.

Antwort von Asparagus:

The "built in" Microphone is even louder than the em9600.
So it is s.Microphone?

I have the microphone, as I said used the telephoto mode.

And I use with XLR.

Antwort von canovision:

Operating p.48:

+ 48v power source used?

The same problem exists s.zweiten XLR synonymous?

Antwort von rush:

The camera still has phantom power?

trying times without batteries and with a digital camera speisung ... manual pressure levels ..

Antwort von Asparagus:

my em9600 can even start with phantom power? I thought not ...

And s.2. XLR connection, I somehow get garkeine signal ... Do I have to stop there anything else?

Antwort von rush:

RTFM .... lol

naja, the second channel is likely to be internal or something ... do not know the camera.

what do you mean what is the battery of your microphone? for speisung ... ;) And exactly what should be synonymous xl2 can make available ...

but it should work basically synonymous with the battery ... Therefore, I tend to type in a setting s.der camera

Of course, phantom power or battery are alternatively possible.

The control the XL2 I do not know, but go easy but step by step instructions.

Antwort von RK:

My experience with the Micro EM-9600 in conjunction XL 2 are that the problem with the volume without any real 48-volt power supply will not do.
The Micro can be used only as a reporter Micro, but as an area suitable host micro.

Antwort von Asparagus:

Hello,
that's cool that it works with phantom power. It appears now to include synonymous louder. Perhaps the fresh battery, I have tricked synonymous just too old?

Thank s.alle And a Merry Christmas;)
