Hello! Lately I have pixel errors on the television when playing my mini-DV, as well as on the monitor of the camera (connecting cable of the camera to the DVD recorder). This looks like a big mess of mosaic and is more or less bad, sometimes up, sometimes down, or in the middle. And the sound suffers greatly or is to be synonymous not fortuitous. But I have synonymous Mini-DV with no problem playing them. My Cassete are max. 10 years, were stored upright and dark and in between spooled completely. I hope s.der Camera; are irretrievable holiday videos is :-)

Well, then I would try it first time with a cleaning cartridge.
But, ever wondered quite stupid: You have these tapes to the PC never, never worked, it has no backup?

Hello, Markus73, sorry wrong, everything you say. 've Got a Canon MV 1 v. 1998th In the years since I've rotated some videos, that's it. The "thing" was just too bulky. And since my interest and the whole s.PC trappings, edit, and so tends towards zero, stop everything happened as it is * lol I've done but firm, transfer the whole Cassete time soon to DVD ...
