I have a question: What components do I need if I want to transfer the images of my camcorder to my computer?
I have a JVC GR-DX27E.
Can someone help me??

To transfer the films of a digital video camera (MiniDV, or D-8) on the computer, you need:
A Firewire port (synonymous I-Link or IEEE1394), and
a Firewire cable
Capturingtool one (available as freeware)
Lots of disk space (about 13 GB / hour)
Nerves of steel (thanks Microsoft)
