Try something with Mpeg-Streamclip (http://www.mpeg-streamclip.com/home-frame.html).
Alternatively, there are still MP4Cam2AVI (http://mp4cam2avi.sourceforge.net/), the format is generated most of the video programming or read with the Wheel Video Tools (http://www.radgametools.com/bnkdown.htm), with similar applies.

If both of you can answer with yes it is somehow synonymous. ;-)
I do like this (but is in my mov's H.264):
- I write a Avisynth script to import the files with QTSource.
- In Avisynth is synonymous equal to the right size and the correct aspect ratio is changed.
- The Avisynth script I opened in premiere 6.0 and export a DV file. However this is synonymous with VirtualDub to make. If your editing software Avisynth scripts you can open these same synonymous paste into your project (in conjunction with the DV files) and did so a generation is less.
