Infoseite // Multicam preview on an external device

Frage von Meggs:

Hello,

I cut with Premiere 2.0 on a laptop, do a lot with Multicam. The program preview monitor is via a Canopus ADVC-100 on a TV.
If I were in the playback settings to ADVC-100 as an external device and select the checkmark desktop video let off, I see the Multicam output on the desktop, the program monitor output on the desktop and on the TV. CPU load 80% or more.
I make the check mark away desktop video, the program monitor output only on the TV. The multicam monitor shows nothing more synonymous, however, made no output on the TV. CPU load about 35% each.
For liquid to be able to work, I would like to have the desktop video output refrain. That's not because I will no longer preview Multicam have.
What is the problem? If you like the issue of the Multicam preview on an external device?

Antwort von Meggs:

The problem is still current.
Maybe someone can just post the synonymous preview via FireWire s.ein external output device, whether it synonymous with only the picture from the Program Monitor, but not the Picture of multicam monitor output, although the multicam monitor displays a text : Output via an external device. Maybe it's a general bug in Premiere, perhaps it is only synonymous but s.meiner configuration.

Hmmm - you verwirrst me.
You confuse the mglw. with the display "preview screen show?. That means something entirely different, namely that in addition to the 4 camera images synonymous nor the final output image is displayed - ie a total of 5 windows. This is useful if you want with just a PC monitor works and the multicam window fills the whole screen. Or if you do not have external studio monitor.

For 2 PC monitors I take the timeline on the left and the multicam window on the right page - in full size. This can of course the additional preview screen off.

On a fire-wire connected on the studio monitor is always the final set Camera to see - as in the live studio synonymous. That makes sense synonymous, I think.

For the case of the disabled with desktop display: maybe because you could technically still programmed to change something, so that the multicam monitor them exception. Would certainly be useful.

No, I do not mixing. If I disable the desktop display, the multicam monitor not the video, but this text in different languages

If I use the video on the program monitor the play is so synonymous and makes sense. If I have the video but the multicam monitor play, I see nothing more (except the aforementioned lettering), and this makes no sense to me.
