Hello, I have 4 years Medion Wireless Entertainment Center Titanium MD 8383 PC bought at Aldi and so far only burned CDs and now I once wanted to burn a DVD, but it is not. I have it with DVD + RW and DVD-R with up to now tried, but it is not. When I insert the DVD, he shows me they are, but says that she has no free memory. Eigendiich need this format on my PC, after manual, but it is still not. Please help me! Thank you

If you have to install the burner manufacturer (for instance in the Windows Device Manager) and make out describing, with whatever software you try to burn to discs ... Also information about the DVD Rohlingstyp help immensely.
Two tips in advance: In a four year old computer (and thus the burner) it may simply be that the drive is over - I am even a branded DVD Burners eineinviertel after years of moderate use abgeraucht.
It may be synonymous, that the burners firmware discs simply do not know. This could be possibly with newer firmware fix. However Medion usually installed so-called OEM components. Practical consequence: Only if the product maintains Medion (what they usually do not), there's even more updates.

I suggest before it synonymous with a burning program normslen first attempt, possibly with Trialware like CDRWIN etc.
