I have about one year before the NV_GS 180 in Bolivia with their purchase and filmed. The problem I have now is that the cam only in NTSC format and I did filming in Germany in Pal mode to work.

Pure Theory of her I would answer with a Yes, because the digital transfer is just a Herumschieben of ones and zeros. A computer is the television standard synonymous yes no preference and even the tape speed in PAL and NTSC is
(almost) equal. If the camcorder from the analog outputs and the associated digital-analog conversion difficulties, because the hardware is NTSC only, should this unit may be disabled, allowing PAL recordings then exclusively via the DV port could be spent.
