The recording goes, but without TON
Listed historical monument is the fact I only use composite?
Which program is good to record of a MINI DV?

Composite transmits no sound! Use a Firewire cable (I hope your calculator, or an IEEE 1394 Firewire or iLink has) - connection. Then you can make your data is transmitted digitally. Besser gehts with your camera does not. You'd have your program so that you can use what.
