Infoseite // Network hum filter

Frage von Phillipp:

Hello together,

I have a video with a relatively strong verbrummtem sound.
It sounds like a network humming.
I come from the Video / Picture corner and my rudimentary knowledge of sound let me down ...!
Who can give me a hint how I can minimize the hum?
I work with Final Cut Studio2, the soundtrack is synonymous available.

Thank you in advance for your answers!

Phillipp

Soundtrack do you pretty far.

I propose the following workflow steps:
- The relevant clip in Final Cut Pro timeline into the basket.
- The Soundtrack of non-destructively edit in external editor (that's with you then soundtrack).
- It is important that you do in your network a piece soundtrack Brummen WITHOUT find other noises. That you can define it as a background soundtrack of car and of the entire Tonspsur can subtract.

If Micro / Camera / cable is not very moved to have the level of the hum is constant and with very good results weggerechnet.
Should you, however, from the hands are rotated and the distance of a dimmer (because the mains are mostly Brummer-wise) and Camera / Mkro has changed, it will be difficult. In this case you can only a partial reduction achieved.

Possibly. you need the soundfile into small pieces with the above procedure is clean and pure Brummer always in the immediate vicinity of the cleaned job.

Most importantly, in the soundtrack, only with a Referenzfile to work. You can order any changes necessary to undo and the raw material is not changed.

.... hope that helps!

Perhaps with a good filter 50 Hz and 100 Hz filter out ... (Is synonymous regardless of level)
