By this rule you hear again and again yes.
But we have now rotated a little movie where a protagonist (in the manner of a moderator) addresses the audience directly and invite the audience to a small cinematic tour.
He has not seen it in the camera, but quite easy mark. Similarly to make the TV professionals in the O-sound when they watch the editor.
Somehow now, but from the looks stupid. It no longer looks so s.als he would address the audience directly. Should he then watch it directly into the camera?

If your protagonist is to appeal to the audience directly, he must look at each case in the camera - it is so representative of the audience. This is in principle no different than, say, a news anchor or a reporter live on TV: If the in their monologues almost always next to the camera looking into space, seeing from the very strange.
In an interview, or a street survey, however, where the audience follows rather a dialogue of question and answer, the view is over the better s.der Camera.

Of course he should das. All or nothing.
This does not look in the camera-only applies to recordings, where the impression to be created that will be the Camera a secret observer of course actors.

Independent thinking today is no longer there, the majority of people really stupid of the day.
Even trivial daily things for many people to understand without much success.

I am surprised again and again how much time to write (reply, link, etc) you are wasting so to give us your displeasure known to do on other.
