Hey guys,

I have a new journal on the theory of a Full-HD Digital zoom written. Cropping means it would be theoretically possible, namely, to eliminate the alias | Wavefront Mayaing that we all hate so, and simultaneously to reduce the rolling shutter effect.

And also we would have a "free" 3x telephoto lens at a comparable intensity and the same DOF.

Take a look at, I'd be happy if it created a talk:

Theoretically, of course, possible but Canon will do NEN devil himself and his own Pro Video next area with the HD DSLRs to ruin.
Canon has itself probably did not expect the EOS 550D is entering into the Sun It is now for four weeks in DE not available at dealerships.
I have therefore ordered my synonymous in Holland ...

So it is with Sony, which had already announced two years synonymous Full HD video to install in their DSLRs. This year again, and then have it pulled back ... I wonder why ...
One could then even the good old Minolta Lenses with using the anti-camera wobble. This was, therefore no money is to make ...
The only reason because I'm tired of always two bags with me rumzutragen, I have sold my SonyDSLR and my Sony camcorder and have now switched to the Canon SONY ... I can now fond of times ...

Canon has fitted well with the new DSLRs different encryption algorithms, so not as fast a hacked firmware like the Magic Lantern comes out for the 5D MK2 ..
All company policy ...

Alias | Wavefront Mayaing by skipping or river I think is a temporary problem with Canon. The cropping even in the recording I would not like.
That it is already different now synonymous JVC shows With its 10 MPixelsensoren. The problem is, I think only in the way of transfer of pixels and the Canon is currently not well solved.
Perhaps the processor capacity is not yet sufficient, or would require too much power with the appropriate heat.

At Sony, I'll vote for, who have always been artificial restrictions built into their cameras to protect the high-value cameras. Remember this zBsein camera model (name I unfortunately omitted), which had been all internal wiring for XLR connections, but these were conducted only in the 2000 Euro more expensive option to the outside. Otherwise there were no differences.

At Canon, I'm not so sure - they have with the firmware updates for the 5D Mark II now proven twice that they are willing to give the users new features for free afterwards. Furthermore, Canon has to protect, in contrast to Sonykeinen right professional market - I'm sorry, but the prosumer camcorder of Canon (synonymous, the two new ones that are the first Canon with Solid State Recording) I do not see just as professional equipment. The XL-series, Canon has unfortunately proved all too often that they have no idea how a professional camcorder to use must be (button layout, menu functions).

Quite apart from the DSLRs still would still not compete with these "real" camcorders. The depth is not comparable, but DSLRs for 70% of all applications in my right camcorder simply are not always suitable.

In principle, you probably right about corporate and political model, but this is likely due synonymous shot a legend in the game: I know now at least, no two Sony's, which are differentiated only by the XLR connections. In all models, which were available in two versions, or are - VX / PD, FX / V, FX / Z Others brought - the XLR versions always synonymous a number of additional features, controls, etc. with.

Controls are in most cases, synonymous only software features! The cost in the actual manufacture exactly nothing, only the development of course.
