Hello,
So, I have a. de page at Strato. On this Page I want to show a few scenes from homemade video clips. However, the songs are cover versions (on the beach, Oye como va, etc.).
If I use this song on my Page offering for download, there is an offense against Gemarechte.
Nu is my question, what if I have the video clips on a Spanish website, and only one link of my Strato-set on this Spanish Web Page? Is it synonymous illegal?
I live in Spain and here there are no GEMA or the like.
