If I were an average window of Adobe Premiere Elements 3.0 and edit clips on the
Timeline Scrubber time or the needle rests s.einer certain point, why do I get in - via Firewire connected HDV camcorder (HDR HC-7) in the Play / Edit mode, no picture on the screen, or on the attached s.der Cam TV monitor no picture?
Setup in APE is in Adobe HDV (HDV 1080i / 25 Sony50i) and Cam is s.der VCR HDV / DV to HDV by well-iLink Convert
from. Export the finished movie to tape works perfectly, but when no edit control on the ext. TV monitor (PAL)
For SD-cutting works flawlessly.

That is not in HDV.
