If the receiving TV really blame the graphics card or is a separate TV card installed? (Is the TV cable s.der same card as the monitor / television)?
If the TV receiver (TV or graphics card ;-)) a cable for line-in sound card made? - If not, ask of a 3.5 "jack (headphone jack) OUT of the TV to the Line-in sound card. Everything outside of the enclosure, internal is da nix make.
