Non-Profit-Film Copyright?

Non-profit Film Copyright?

Frage von Die Talla:
April 2010

I've got a question ...

We make a movie to be public for everyone to watch for as YouTube, Google Video. We also want to create an independent site for this film, where you can download this film for FREE!

It should be synonymous allows the movie to copy and distribute s.PC next.

But we do not want the film is the synonymous only excerpts of the film to be modified or film is used commercially. Also, the film is nowhere else than where we have set it may be offered for download!
An exception should provide shoes and universities may with our approval.

Do make sure a copyright in the film?
When we need a copyright what you write or is there s.besten Copyright 2010?

Antwort von Kino:

The copyright (copyright searched) You synonymous with no explicit reference to it. It remains with you, is essential and is not synonymous transferable.

What do you give another user rights are s.Film I would specify in your case accordingly. Whether you this s.Anfang a part of your film (credits, writing table, ...) uses, and / or leaves a note on the HP, YT, DVD covers or disc, can you even judge s.besten.

Hello

if you want to go on then adjusting the number certainly not the film online ....

So it quite simple: let it live or so - it is left to do the hope .... once someone has downloaded it you have no control over it .... since you can specify as many copyrights, and ask darunterschreiben bans as you like ... if someone wants to fuck your out to change film for example, he does it, whether as a copyright (or other ewas druntersteht) or not

gruss rob

Movies is right with the indication that it is about the usage is not the copyright. Look at times the "Creative Commons" licenses - with which you can specify in some detail what rights are granted to the user:
http://creativecommons.org/international/de/

Antwort von Die Talla:

I THANK you!

We will then write it s.den beginning and end s.das ... I think it!

Because the film is supposed to be distributed ....
Only I do not want the scenes from the film are the hot and cut out again at some point in our cast in a "Assi" Rep Video!
