I'm currently s.meiner thesis relating to "Optimization of Video Tutorials "- As an empirical part may of course not absent. In my Tutorial example, which is to optimize, it is a virtual graffiti in After Effects generated. I would be delighted if some of you the way to the website find the Tutorial, ideally try to reconstruct the lesson and then fill out the questionnaire.

Right. :) But this is no secret, because the content of the work and therefore aim of the survey is not the content of the tutorial, but the optimization of tutorials in general. In the work to be analyzed various video tutorials, this is one of them. To that extent, I have this tutorial in order to minimize time in the content of the tutorial to me and stuck it on the focus of the work to be able to.

On the options in the "dash" - Effect entries, for example, I was not clear why so then that just works as a mask. So I was very clear because I am synonymous bissl familiar, but a less experienced user may not.
I find a video tutorial should be not only a specific problem focus (here: Graffiti on wall), but the program itself synonymous closer and deeper to explain to make it synonymous with other work / projects to be able to apply. You can not assume that the people at the tutorials of Andrew Kramer (or others) already know, but as you yourself say, have different knowledge. Here it is leveraged, either with: This is s.anderer or the agency says, or look in there and help or anything just because it received more information and to inform, or just say that you assume that the viewer the white.

The shown video tutorial is not (yet) optimized. I was in the theoretical part of the work so far looks like video tutorials should generally look to different learners with comprehensive knowledge of them. In the practical part is based on this concept of the tutorial "Graffiti" to be implemented. The survey is used to changes and new features to justify, because I simply can not do anything and just out of my assessments. The video tutorial as it is now has neither the right to be particularly well, nor are there results of the work input. It is rather the common video tutorial of what to Hauf in the network can be found.
I will work s.Ende a new, optimized version of the graffiti lesson presented in whose formation the results of this survey will influence. If interested, I like the link to post here.
Concrete plans for further tutorials there have not yet, but I write about this subject because it interests me. Let's see what else comes:)
