I would like to make a short film about my godchild.
a scene I would like to be overexposed in b / w and with a
soft filter.
should I shoot the same or better overexposed do this in the post?
what is the result in improving ways?
how the professionals do it?

The over-exposure means with the video for the brightest image areas, zero information, a white hole in the image. In the post you can create a blooming effect as achieved by the fact that you raise only the middle and softening the nest heights. What must not happen is the (clipping) TIPS are overexposed
So under / are over-exposed-
