@ Ernesto: Alf_300 is not right! Slot is important that you have a CardBus-compatible PCMCIA have. The lines from the CardBus are nothing more than the looping lines of a normal PCI bus. Of the adapter would fit easily you specified.

Cards themselves have such a "simple" pcmcia reader on a computer in the VJ einsatz about P2 to read. I think it was only after we installed the P2 drivers.
