Hello,
I work for some time DV video and got along well synonymous.
But now I am faced with the challenge of having to cut my videos PAL miniDV camcorder to a PC with the U.S. version of Windows. There, only an NTSC DV codec is installed. so I can cut videos only export as NTSC DV-AVI. And that is exactly my problem, since the outcome of jerky, visible especially in panning shots.
Now I have already tried some, a PAL DV codec on the U.S. to get Windows, so far without success.
Can someone help me?
My research has revealed that the MS DV codec qdv.dll will probably be included in the. How can I replace the codec is now against the Microsoft PAL DV codec?
Am grateful for every tip.
