Hi all, I hope I'm here s.der right place.
In short my problem! I have no CAM.
I want a PC of the AVID FreeDV out auspielen a video (ie not exported). You could then of course on MiniDV auspielen, but as I said, I have no CAM.
So is now the second PC, the signal received ". The Firewire connection is, but only over TCP / IP. The Capture Tool now receives according nix. OHCI Port depends on nothing, no deck there.
Is there a possibility the receiving PC to configure the sending PC that configures it as "CAM".
Or has someone another, perhaps even better opportunity?

Render the whole as a DV-AVI and move (or copy) the file to another calculator.

Alternatively, you can use a FrameMaker Server, with which you create a virtual PC to another AVI file. Thus you have to actually create the video on either of the Calculator. But it will only render the part sent, which is used on another Calculator.
However, I do not know if FreeDV is supporting a FrameMaker Server synonymous method quite slow.

DV-AVI can not be done because FreeDV not DV codec has the right and, moreover, the quality suffers, and the 2GB limit of the file.

About the FrameMaker Server times I make myself smart, but does not know whether AVI synt can deal with the Quelldatein of FreeDV.

In this case, you could export the file, will save them but not on the video machine, but choose a destination drive is one of the hard disks of other PCs.
If DV-AVI does not work, an alternative format would be useful?

Ah, yes, everything is clear. About Network's copy of course, but only with the "right" File / film.
The whole problem of evil is indeed the FreeDV only *. mov and AVI spending and the poor in quality. The button for the AVID codec is in place but he can not ausswaehlen (is safe) s.der Free version.
AVI uncompressed and then pushes again s.The Dateigroessenbeschraenkung.
So I get the material out in None "good" quality / FreeDV out, so I wanted to export it back to MiniDV. But I've no CAM * g.
