I want to produce Powerpoints so that I have no problems with Camtasia produces a video and then the optimal output / display on a PAL - Television did.

PowerPoint works with square pixels and the projection screen dar. A 16:9 PAL video has 1024x576 square pixels. Therefore, your PC screen resolution of 1024 wide.
PP-Project to create a 16:9. If you have the Page with 16 cm wide and 9 cm high, it is true.
Camtasia is characterized also with square pixels on. So recording the field adjusted to 1024x576, Aufzeichng then save it as AVI 1024x576. The Convert to a DVD-compatible format should be in a NLE or, for example with Nero Vision etc. happen.
