Infoseite // Panasonic AG-HMC151?

Frage von Colognestar:

Hello,

I need a new light camera, a professional to handle and the future is.

I do not want to ignite debate ideology but simply to know what the workflow with a Panasonic AG-HMC151 composed - synonymous for me (yet) finished films in standard definition quality on a mini DV tape can be played off. Is it for example with FinalCut-Xpress possible?

Thanks for hints. Furthermore, I would glad of experience with this camera can be heard.

Professional to handle this camera is certainly, maybe you should clarify your questions ;-)

Basically, the material will be synonymous after SD can convert, but the camera alone is sufficient for this course is not enough. Whether Final Cut Express is ready to do so, I can not answer you. Depending on the quality you will possibly on Compressor of Final Cut Pro, Quicktime Pro, or at least draw them. On the Mac, however, there are many tools that you can accomplish this conversion.

Thank you. For me, it is important to broadcast picture and sound for documentary projects mi a small camera records. The HVX 201 is too bulky, the new SonyZ5 (Exchangable optics like the Z7 I do not) is not practical enough. P2 cards are very expensive and will remain synonymous, because Panasonic has a monopoly. SDHC cards are cheap in comparison to and are always cheaper. As currently mostly normal quality is sent, it would be good material in HD to be able to save it and convert it into SD loggerheads. But so far was a little AVCHD compatible. I think this has changed.

Many greetings

AVCHD is not the problem, it's because you can transcode it. The question is whether with the workflow you're happy.
